Helping a Hero One Paw at a Time: Meet “Century”

This year, our brokerage is doing something very close to our hearts. We are partnering with K9s For Warriors to help raise the funds needed to sponsor a service dog for a deserving veteran. That dog will proudly be named Century—a name that represents our company and commitment to service.

Why This Matters to Us

Every day, men and women return home after serving our country carrying invisible wounds. Many face post-traumatic stress, anxiety, and challenges reintegrating into civilian life. K9s For Warriors is an incredible organization that pairs highly trained service dogs with veterans at no cost to them. These dogs are not pets—they are life-saving companions trained to interrupt anxiety attacks, provide a sense of security, and help veterans regain independence and hope.

What makes this organization even more special is that many of the dogs trained are rescued from shelters. Two lives are changed at once: a veteran receives a new beginning, and a dog receives a second chance.

How We’re Giving Back

Service is at the core of everything we do in real estate, and we wanted that same spirit to extend beyond closing tables and into our community. That’s why:

• For every closing our team completes this year, we will donate $121 to K9s For Warriors.

• The number 121 represents the way we serve our clients—going above and beyond with 121% dedication every step of the way.

But we don’t want to do this alone. We are inviting our friends, clients, neighbors, and community partners to join us in bringing Century to life.
